They get one star since I have to give them one. They deserve no stars. Literally the worse fast good place ever. Consistent issues....long waits....staff is bad and simply don't care....go past this place if at all possible!
Jesus, I mean I respect everyone who makes my food. This place is great during off hours everyone smiling and food comes out fast. This however is not true during weekend nights. If you're reading this while in line waiting for you food. You are in my prayers
I ordered a 3 piece all white meat meal. The individual operating the register stated ok, a breast and 2 thighs. I corrected her and stated no, that thighs are not white meat, She responded ok 2 wings then. What did I find when I returned home? A breast and 2 thighs! They are wanting/demanding $15 an hour to work yet they continuously display incompetent work behavior. This is routine for this restaurant. That is why I seldom give them my business. It has been 6 months prior to this that I visited, I guess I will wait at least a year this time. Poor service and average quality food.
Horrible, two days in a row my order is wrong. Ordered Nashville hot big basket and small popcorn chicken. I was charged for a large popcorn chicken and got a biscut instead of popcorn chicken. They are also rude in the drive through when placing order.
Sitting in line for a good 20 minutes as I type this message. They could really use a management change. Slowest "fast" food restaurant in history
