The Branch Manager at this location extremely rude!!! Why is this tolerated? The fact that she is the manager makes it that much worse! There is a huge sign that reads "information begin here" but here is no one there then if you stand in the wrong place she looks at you like you're crazy and either yells instructions to move or she walks off..like she did me. I plan to report her to her superior because if not for customers there would be no need for her and apparently she doesn't know this. Her name is Echols and her behavior is UNACCEPTABLE! I know dealing with people all day can be a daunting task but this is your JOB! You signed up for this! Treat people with respect, you never know when you will see them again!
Couldn't ask for better service. Everything I needed was taken care of in a timely and efficient way . I recommend going to one of the other places to take care of your business.

Went to get a TN license after moving from out of state. Very kind staff. Fastest and most pleasant experience I have ever had at a RMV office.
Very rude clerks. They were disrespectful and uninformative. They caused me to drive an extra hour out of the way only to tell me that their services were unavailable after I got back. She could have easily informed me that testing hours were different from office hours since that information is not posted!
