Went inside to get supplies for my daughters tire swing. Older man tried helping me but he would not actually help. Instead he basically had me do all the work myself. No one else was In store as in customers. He kept leaving me to go and sit on a stool up front. So every time I needed anything I had to go ask him where it was.He then made me look like a idiot by telling me price of something I was aware of. Very hateful and rude. I will never go back there as long as he works there. Southern hospitality is no longer in ace hardeware in Oakland TN
I've visited a few times to get items for my car.
I was pleasantly surprised to find they had it. Also bought bolts for a cat tree. All in all a very nice place for floors, bathrooms and other things that may surprise you.
Great as long as you don't have kids. If employees don't like my toddlers, they should talk to me about it not scold my children. THAT is MY job. They should be a little more concerned about theirs and providing excellent service so you feel comfortable enough to return. I don't come in to have an older man hover over me after he scolds MY 1 and 3 yr old so we couldn't finish our shopping.
Great for a quick pickup, prices are in line with Lowe's, Home Depot, selection limited due to small store, friendly and helpful
