Appointments easy to make. Staff is friendly and Dr Elsea is top-notch! I have been a patient for a number of years and drive from Henderson in order to see her.
Making appointments are very easy and they get you in as soon as possible. Dr. Else has great bedside manner.
Got an appointment the same day but am still fighting the junk in my chest. Went back for a second appt for followup. Still fighting after 2 1/2 weeks. Had to go to another doctor for stronger antibiotic and chest xray. Doing better now. Thanks, Dr. Elsea is great but just needed more attention to this matter.
I had the worse case of strep throat and Dr. Elsea was wonderful! It was easy to secure a same day appointment for this and for them to do a quick strep test on me. However, I had to wait about and hour and a half prior to seeing her. The front office had a meeting while I was in the waiting room which I thought was a little unprofessional as I had made an appointment. I could hear and see the complete meeting. I will continue to use them but secure an appointment earlier in the day.
Dr. Elsea always takes time to discuss whatever might be bothering me at each visit. I appreciate her caring attitude and "bed-side" manner. She is the best physician I have been seen by in a long, long, time and I hope she remains in Oakland for her entire physician career.
