It's a pittiful excuse for a store. NEVER do they have enough registers open, and tonight even the self check out was down. Usually, I refuse to use the self check out because it is not my job. Walmart & all these other places have those so they can cut their overhead, but do they offer a discount if you use the self check out? Nope. So, people, think about it before you take advantage of a "convenience" you are probably saving them money AND causing jobs to be cut.
I hate Walmart as a company. They are horrible to their employees, they use slave labor. However, in Oakland, there aren't many places to shop. Kroger doesn't have what Walmart does and they're more expensive. We have no Target out here, wish we did. That said, this Walmart is the best. Employees are helpful and nice...no "Memphis" attitude. Store is stocked, usually no long lines. The ones in Memphis suck, employees have an attitude and they are to crowded. The one in Oakland is fine.
I love Walmart at this location. It's always well stocked and clean. It also has a very peaceful atmospbere....people are friendly and welcoming.

Most of the time this is s great store but they shut their door 20 minutes early after telling me on the phone they close at 6:00 on Christmas Eve. So I drove 10 miles to be treated rudely st the door
