I have been here since 9:05 am it is now 11:57 to get a couple fillings they did fillings my daughter came out couldn't even put her retainer in came right back made us wait another hour to put her in a chair and fix what they messed up.She just got braces off they know she wears a retainer and at least if you screw up don't make client wait another hour for you to fix it.
Dr Phillips and her staff are great. From regular dental cleaning to more specific dental work needed they always go above and beyond to make sure the client is taken care of and satisfied.
My daughter was terrified to go to the dentist, she is 14. I have tried to get her to the dentist since she was 5 and we always ended up walking out because she would make herself sick with fear. We went to Lighthouse Family Dentistry about a year ago and the people there put her at ease and is so friendly. Now, she doesn't fear the dentist!
